Shipping 

Canada Post is the shipping carrier that will be used to post physical items. Items will be shipped at the lowest cost unless there is a request for express shipping. When available, a tracking number will be provided to the buyer. 

Returns

Digital pattern purchases are not returnable. If there is a problem with a physical item, the item may be returned by contacting me. I will provide an address to return the item to (at your cost), and upon receipt of the item I will refund the original amount paid.
