An intermediate pattern inspired by the carpet in the eerie Overlook Hotel, this mesmerizing blanket is sure to impress. Make it in the original very 70s colours, or create a bold pattern in more modern shades; either way, you'll end up with something that will make an impact.
Size: One size. Blanket will measure approximately 5-1/4 feet long by 4-1/2 feet wide.
Materials: Rowan's Pure Wool in Seville (col. 134), 5 balls; Berroco's Ultra Wool in Bear (col. 33115), 8 balls; Berroco's Ultra Wool in Chili (col. 3350), 3 balls.
Gauge: Centre red hexagon, approx. 4" across; brown border, approx. 2" wide, and orange border of 1 round of dc, approx. 1" (2 rows of dc should = approximately 2").
Other Materials: Embroidery needle to weave in ends.
Hook Sizes: 5mm hook or size required to obtain gauge.
